Sarah joined Trinity in the summer of 2024 after serving as a layperson in numerous volunteer positions within the church, including two years as chair of the Endowment Committee. She feels called to live out Micah 6:8 and to encourage the church toward a deeper connection with and service to the Ruston/Lincoln community.
Sarah is a jack-of-all-trades, working as a marketing instructor at Louisiana Tech University, a financial literacy instructor and coach with the Zion Traveler Community Development Corporation, and as the social media coordinator for her husband Brian’s grocery store, Gibson’s Fresh Grocer. She is a graduate of both La Tech and ULM and has an extensive record of involvement in the local community.
Sarah and Brian have three children and are members of the Starship Koinonia small group.
